Dale is a CPA and former tax expert. He has owned and sold his own businesses, as well as advising clients, over the years, when they were selling their businesses. Now that Dale is retired, he wants to continue doing what he has done his entire career; help small business owners. Through a combination of hands-on experience with coaching, mentoring, and owning a business, technical expertise, and years of receiving coaching himself, Dale feels he has what it takes to be a successful mentor to small business owners.

With a legacy of accounting expertise that spans three generations, I am deeply rooted in the financial landscape. Having dedicated 15 years to serving the Tampa community, my experience has been honed to address the unique challenges faced by small business owners. My journey began with the rich foundation laid by my grandfather, was nurtured and expanded upon by my mother, and has been meticulously refined through my own hands-on experience and academic pursuits.
